In less than six hours, like it or not, the birth of a new year will be celebrated by many with champagne, fireworks, extravagant parties and so forth. While many of us are busy jotting down our new year's resolutions...resolutions that we may or may not adhere to, let's not forget to keep our men and women in uniform in our thoughts and prayers. Let's not forget to wish, hope and pray for a global reduction in violence in year 2008 and beyond...

Another way to pose your question would be to wonder what it would be like if women were in charge. Women are nurturers and not aggressive by nature. They mainly do not see carnage and destruction as sole alternative solutions to international crises and are willing to work out solutions diplomatically.

Amen! So maybe this is a good time for Hilary Clinton to take her rightful place in the white house and lead us with mucho diplomacy; zero aggression. Now, that would be interesting-:)
